    Review your custom design before production. Once approved, your pieces are made and prepared for your confirmed delivery arrangements.

Can I order just one shirt?

Yes. You can order a single personalized shirt or matching apparel for your whole group.

Can my apparel and favors match?

Yes. Share your theme, colors, and wording, and we’ll talk through coordinating your apparel, favors, and keepsakes in one order.

How far ahead should I order?

As early as you can, especially for a set event date or larger quantities. Timing depends on the products, quantities, and design work involved, so we’ll confirm a timeline for your request before your order is placed.

Do you create memorial pieces?

Yes. We create personal apparel, photo buttons, and keepsakes to honor someone you love. Share the photos, names, dates, or wording you’d like included.

Can I see a design before paying?

Design work begins after your order is confirmed and the required payment is received. You’ll review and approve your custom design before anything goes into production.

Do you ship?

Yes. We’re based in Nashville, Tennessee, and shipping is available. Shipping details are confirmed with your order.
