Unfiltered Vibes – Return & Exchange Policy

At Unfiltered Vibes, every item is created with care, intention, and creativity. Because all products are made to order — including custom apparel and personalized designs — all sales are final.

Please review the full policy before placing your order.

💙 All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products — custom designs, made-to-order items, and personalized apparel — we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Every item is produced specifically for you based on the size, color, and design chosen during checkout.

Sizing Information (Unisex Fit)

All apparel at Unfiltered Vibes uses unisex sizing, unless otherwise noted.

To ensure the best fit:

  • Consider that unisex sizing may fit slightly looser or more relaxed than traditional women’s sizing

  • Double-check your chosen size, color, and design before checkout

  • Contact us if you need help choosing the right size — we’re always here to assist!

Because we produce items based on your selected size, we cannot offer exchanges for fit.

 Color Variations

Actual colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen due to:

  • Device display differences

  • Screen brightness

  • Print and fabric variations

These minor differences are normal and not considered defects.

 

⚠️ No Exchanges at This Time

Due to high demand, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size, we recommend repurchasing the correct size and returning the original item for store credit.

🚨 Received a Damaged or Incorrect Item?

If your order arrives with a defect or mistake, contact us within 3 business days of receiving it. Send us an email with a photo of the issue, and we’ll get it handled! If we sent the wrong item, we’ll cover return shipping and send the correct one after tracking is confirmed.

❌ What We’re Not Responsible For:

  • Incorrect sizing—please check the size chart before ordering!
  • Damages caused by improper washing. We recommend washing on gentle & air drying.
  • Slight color variations due to lighting, screen settings, or fabric patterns—these are normal and do not qualify as defects.
