At Unfiltered Vibes, we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely. Please review our shipping policy for important details on how we handle shipping within the United States.
Processing Time
- All orders are processed within 5-10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
- During peak times or holidays, order processing times may be slightly delayed. We will notify you via email if your order is affected.
Shipping Carrier
All orders are shipped exclusively through UPS.
Domestic Shipping
We offer shipping to all addresses within the continental United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by UPS and may vary depending on your location and potential carrier delays due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
No PO Boxes
Please note, we do not ship to PO Boxes. Make sure to provide a valid street address during checkout to avoid any delays or issues with your order.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your USPS tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor your package's status directly on the USPS website.
Lost or Delayed Shipments
If your shipment is delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us at Unfilteredvibes@gmail.com with your order number and tracking details. We will work with UPS to resolve the issue.
Incorrect Shipping Information
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. Unfiltered Vibes is not responsible for shipments sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs.
No International Shipping
We currently do not offer international shipping. All orders are shipped to U.S. addresses only.
