PHOTO REQUIREMENTS

Want your photos incorporated into your umbrella? Please upload 3–4 clear, high-quality images when placing your order.

For the best finished result:

DO:

• Upload original, high-resolution photos whenever possible
• Choose clear, well-lit images
• Make sure the person or subject is fully visible
• Upload images without social media filters when possible
• Provide your favorite images first

PLEASE AVOID:

• Blurry or pixelated photos
• Screenshots of photos
• Images downloaded from social media when the original is available
• Photos where important parts of the person are cut off
• Heavily filtered or extremely dark images

The quality of your finished custom design is directly affected by the quality of the images provided.

DESIGN + APPROVAL PROCESS

After your order, customization information and required photos have been received, please allow approximately 24–48 hours for your initial custom design proof.

Your proof will be sent for approval before production begins.

Once you approve your design, it is considered FINAL and will move into production.

Changes requested after approval may not be possible.

PRODUCTION + DELIVERY TIME

PLEASE PLAN AHEAD WHEN ORDERING

Each umbrella is custom-made to order, so this product requires additional production time.

Design Proof: Approximately 24–48 hours

Production: Approximately 7–15 business days after design approval

Shipping/Delivery: Additional transit time applies once your completed order is ready.

We strongly recommend ordering your custom umbrella at least 2–3 weeks before your game, event, trip or date needed.

If you have a specific event date, please provide it when ordering. Event dates help us understand your timeline but do not guarantee delivery by that date unless specifically confirmed.

Production time does not begin when the order is placed. Production begins after your custom design has been approved.

Rush production may not be available for this product.

CUSTOM ORDER POLICY

Because this product is created specifically for you, all custom umbrella sales are final once the design has been approved and production has begun.

Please carefully review your proof before approving it.

Slight differences in color may occur between what you see on a phone/computer screen and the finished printed product due to screen settings and the printing process.
