Photo Requirements

For the best finished product, please upload a clear, high-quality photo of your athlete.

For best results:

• Use the original photo whenever possible.
• Full-body or waist-up sports photos work great.
• Avoid screenshots or images downloaded from social media when possible.
• Avoid blurry, pixelated, heavily filtered, or extremely dark photos.
• Make sure your athlete is clearly visible and not cut off.

The quality of the finished product depends heavily on the quality of the photo provided.

Design Approval + Production

Your personalized design will be created using the information submitted with your order.

A proof will be provided for approval before production.

Once your design is approved, please allow 3–5 business days for production.

Please remember:

• Production time begins after design approval, not on the original order date.
• Weekends and holidays are not considered business days.
• Delayed approval may delay completion of your order.
• Review names, numbers, colors, spelling, and photos carefully before approving.
• Changes cannot be guaranteed once an approved design enters production.
• Shipping or pickup time is additional to the production timeframe.
